Which markets are supported?

We’re prioritizing pilot markets based on applicant demand and data availability. List every market you work in and we’ll let you know which ones we can cover first.

Where does the property data come from?

DealSight AI connects to permitted property data sources, such as listing, public record and market data. Coverage and accuracy depend on what each source makes available in a given market, which is why every figure is labelled as observed or estimated.

Does a high Deal Score mean a property is a good deal?

No. A Deal Score is a prioritization aid based on estimates and signals. It tells you which properties may deserve a closer look. You should verify property information, condition and value independently before making any offer.

Is DealSight AI a brokerage?

No. DealSight AI is a research and analysis tool. It does not act as a broker, represent buyers or sellers, or provide legal advice. Licensing and disclosure requirements vary by jurisdiction.

Will investor matching be part of the pilot?

Investor and buyer matching is on the roadmap, not in the first release. Pilot members may be invited to preview and give feedback on early concepts.

What does the pilot cost?

Pilot terms are shared directly with accepted applicants.
